		<description>By user experience i take it you are not referring to the platform but as an end user/receiver of a brand tweet?  It's true that people are clearly adopting it with much wider success than organisations at this stage.  As a qual researcher I am interested in it as am emerging form of communication, which is still finding its own role.</description>
