Better designed diaries in qualitative research
Diaries have multiplied in qualitative practice internationally. Sadly there are a significant proportion that are poorly designed, and whether they are online or offline fail to add real value to the insights of a project. I find that both clients and researchers can be confused about the purpose of the diary (or a blog).
